To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he has any proposals to make in the light of the recommendations contained in the 24th report from the Committee of Public Accounts, entitled "Financial Support for the Fishing Industry in Great Britain", No. 266, 1987–88; and if he will make a statement.
