§ Mr. ScottThe award of the disability premium is, in the first instance, a matter for the office of the chief adjudication officer and local adjudication officers. I refer the hon. Member to the guidance issued by that office to local adjudication officers, a copy of which is held in the Library. The relevant guidance is at paragraphs 27092 and 11459 et seq.
