§ Mr. LuceI am delighted by the recent increase in British Telecom's programme of arts sponsorship. Under the business sponsorship incentive scheme, I have made 12 awards of £115,394 to match new sponsorships by BT headquarters, BT mobile communications and seven BT regions. I know that a number of other BT regions also support local arts activities.
