Whether they consider that the replacement of land-based nuclear missiles of intermediate range by other nuclear weapons of similar or greater capacity would nullify the object of the INF treaty, whether the totality of the nuclear threat will be increased and, if so, whether they will reconsider Lord Trefgarne's Answer of the 10th May (HL Deb., col. 1117).
