§ Mr. ShersbyTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will place in the Library any information at his disposal concerning consumer understanding of the concept of a secured loan including any research carried out by his Department and any advice tendered by the Office of Fair Trading and other consumer bodies.
