§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) what percentage of credit advertisements in the county of Leicestershire appeared to be in breach of relevant legislation during the period from 1 April 1987 to 31 March; how many and what percentage of such breaches led to prosecutions; and with what results;
(2) how many and what percentage of credit advertisements in each county in the United Kingdom during the year from 1 April 1987 to 31 March appeared to be in breach of relevant legislation; how many and what percentage led to prosecution; and with what results.
