In how many instances in 1986 prisoners were found guilty of making a false and malicious allegation against a prison officer in: (a) male prisons; (b) female prisons; (c) male youth custody centres; (d) female youth custody centres.
Earl FerrersIn 1986, 19 offences of false and malicious allegation against an officer were proved against males in prisons and remand centres and five against males in youth custody centres. No such offences by females were proved.
