§ Mr. MorleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what is the current estimated total cost of the Blackwater arterial drainage scheme; if he will list the sources from which the cost will be met; and if he will list for each of the phases of the Blackwater arterial drainage scheme, the contract number, location and estimated cost, and, for those phases completed, the final cost;
(2) what steps are being taken to monitor the impact of the Blackwater arterial drainage scheme on the wildlife and landscape of the catchment; and if he will summarise the results of such monitoring.
