§ Mr. Lang[holding answer 25 April 1988]: My right hon. and learned Friend has received a number of representations from pensioners and others on this subject. Under section 20(2)(a) of the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987, only the names, addresses and (in certain cases) the collective community charge multipliers contained in the community charges register are to be available for public inspection.
