§ Mr. KirkwoodTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate the savings made by the change introduced in paragraphs 5 to 9 and 12 of schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1988 which require that occupational pensions paid to dependents should now be treated as earnings in assessing claimant's income.
