§ The Prime MinisterIn recognition of outstanding service, and with special regard to the hardships and dangers which accompanied duty there, for both service men and Merchant Navy personnel, Her Majesty the Queen has graciously approved the award of the General Service Medal 1962 with "Mine Clearance—Gulf of Suez" clasp. A Command Paper (Cm. 436) is being laid before the House today.
