To ask the Attorney-General if the Lord Chancellor will make it his policy to release all hitherto unreleased material at the Public Record Office relating to the Soviet trial of suspected Japanese war criminals at Khabarovsk on charges arising from bacteriological warfare and illegal medical experiments on human beings.

The full reports from the British embassy in Moscow on the Soviet trial at Khabarovsk in December 1949 are among Foreign Office records which have already been released to the Public Record Office, Kew, where they are available for inspection.
