§ Mr. MacGregorNo green pound changes have come into effect since December 1987 in the sectors concerned. I regret that information is not available on the level of farmers' borrowings in the particular commodity sectors referred to or, therefore, on the effect of interest rate changes on the beef, dairy and sheep sectors. Much will depend on the level and sources of individual farmers' borrowings.
