(2) what information he has as to breaches of the Data Protection Act by a lay menber of the Coventry family practitioner committee; what action he proposes to take; and if he will make a statement;
(3) what representations he has received from the Association of National Health Service Officers concerning threats allegedly made against a senior officer, and threats of redundancies made to a trade union official pursuing a grievance; what action he proposes to take; and if he will make a statement.
