§ Mr. TrippierIn July 1987, the European Commission, as part of an initiative to explore further areas of harmonisation in the construction industry, commissioned a study of liability, indemnity and insurance arrangements in the members states. A draft report will be available shortly. We are keeping representatives of the construction industry and its clients informed of developments.
