To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to his reply on 1 July,Official Report, columns 379–80, what arrangements he has made to fly the Union flag on the Department of Agriculture's drainage offices in The Mall West, Armagh City, on Tuesday 12 July; and if he will make a statement.

As the office will be closed on 12 and 13 July, arrangements have been made to hoist the Union flag on the afternoon of the last working day (Monday 11 July) and lower it on the morning of the next working day (Thursday 14 July)
