§ Mr. ViggersThere are two designated water courses in the townlands of Fishquarter and Rowreagh—the Rowreagh drain and the Rowreagh branch drain. Maintenance work was carried out on both these water courses by the Department of Agriculture in April this year. The responsible Minister, my noble Friend Lord Lyell, is not aware of a flooding problem such as the right hon. Gentleman describes, but if he would provide further details of the nature and location of the problem, the matter will be investigated.
