Member for Worthing,Official Report, column 772, regarding the M23, if he will explain what steps were taken by the police and county council between 11.30 am on 10 June and the road inspection on II June to arrange for traffic to be diverted or advised not to leave the M25 for the M23, so that the delay to motorists could be avoided.
