§ Mr. David MitchellPayments of light dues in respect of fishing vessels amounted to some £30,000 up to 1 June. Some £1 million of invoices remain outstanding. I understand that Trinity house is now planning to pursue cases in the courts, and I urge fishing vessel owners who are delaying payment to settle their bills and meet what is a statutory obligation on them.
