§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe new rules governing public inquiries into power stations and overhead lines, on which 19W the Council on Tribunals was consulted, implement changes envisaged by the consultation paper on inquiries procedure issued in December 1986 by the Department of the Environment and the Welsh Office. A number of representations were received in response to that consultation paper.
