§ Mr. ChopeThe housing association mortgages remaining with the London residuary body are the subject of the London Government Reorganisation (Housing Association Mortgages) (No. 2) Order currently before the House, which provides for transfer by 30 March 1988.
I refer the hon. Member to my reply of 20 January at column 758, with regard to Hampstead Heath.
It is the responsibility of the London residuary body to negotiate successor bodies as appropriate for the other services listed in my reply of 20 January, at column 758.
