To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to implement the recommendations of the "Working Patterns of the Civil Service" contained in the study document issued by the Cabinet Office.

Departments are already considering the report, and have been asked to come forward with any proposals on alternative working patterns which meet their particular needs.
