To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list in theOfficial Report (a) all bilateral cultural, trade, science and technology co-operation, defence and arms control agreements currently in force between the United Kingdom and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, (b) all multilateral cultural trade, science and technology cooperation, defence and arms control agreements signed, respectively, by the United Kingdom and Soviet Governments and (c) all United Nations decrees, charters and other agreements on cultural, trade, science and technology co-operation, and arms control matters signed both by the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union.

Memorandum of Understanding on Energy, Trade and Co-operation 1986). Memorandum of Understanding on Co-operation in Agriculture and Food Production (1986). United Kingdom/Soviet Agreement on Co-operation in the Field of Medicine and Public Health (1975). United Kingdom/USSR Cultural Agreement (renewed 1987. Provides for exchanges in arts, science and education fields). Memorandum of Understanding on Information/Cultural (1987. Provides for closer contacts between the media and in other areas). United Kingdom/USSR Co-operation Agreement (1987). Agreement on Prevention of Incidents at Sea (1986). Agreement concerning the Establishment of a Direct Communication Link (1967. Hotline). Agreement on the Prevention of Accidental Nuclear War (1977).
