§ Mr. Allan RobertsTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in theOfficial Report (a) the total administrative costs to date from their establishment of the residual bodies for the former Greater London council area and each of the metropolitan counties and (b) the expenses incurred by the chairpersons and other members of all these residual bodies.
§ Mr. ChopeI refer the hon. Gentleman to the 1985–86 annual reports and accounts of the residuary bodies published on 18 November 1986 and to the 1986–87 annual reports and accounts of the six metropolitan residuary bodies published on 25 November 1987. The London residuary body's 1986–87 annual report and accounts should be published shortly. Costs in respect of 1987–88 will not be known until the 1987–88 accounts have been audited and certified.
