To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he now expects to publish his Green Paper on radio broadcasting.

As outlined in my answer earlier today to a question from the hon. Member for Orkney and Shetland (Mr. Wallace), we want to bring forward legislation based on our Green Paper "Radio: Choices and Opportunities", published last year. We have no plans for a further Green Paper on radio.
