§ Mr. MoynihanMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State's last formal meeting with the water authority chairmen was on 25 June 1987. He proposes to meet them again on 19 January. My right hon. and noble Friend the Lord Privy Seal, when Minister for the Environment, Countryside and Water, and I, met them on 16 December.
