§ Mr. Peter WalkerAs my hon. Friend is aware I am anxious to encourage tree planting throughout the Principality. There are a range of measures we are taking in Wales; the valleys initiative, urban programme, Forestry Commission grant schemes, proposed farm woodland scheme and Coed Cymru — "Save Welsh Wildwoods" all promote amenity or commercial tree planting and/or conservation of existing woodlands.
