§ Mrs. CurrieBloomsbury health authority, which manages the Royal National orthopaedic hospital, is responsible for setting the hospital's budget. The health authority has consulted publicly on an appraisal of options for the future role and location of the hospital; the results are now with the North East Thames regional 573W health authority for its consideration. Ministers are committed to taking the final decision on any proposals from the region for significant changes at the hospital.
