§ Mr. MoynihanLocal authorities with appropriate interrogation equipment will have access to regular information and advice bulletins prepared and distributed from the central database facility. In circumstances where they collect monitoring data, they will be able to enter it into the database providing that it has been collected and supplied according to specified procedures.
