§ Mr. Michael SpicerFrom 1983 to 1986, the total output from private electricity generators in Great Britain increased from 12.8 terawatt hours to 13.7 terawatt hours. The Government intend to stimulate competition and encourage private generation in privatising the electricity supply industry.
