To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the Housing Corporation's total expenditure in Wales during 1986–87 and in each year since the Corporation's establishment, both at 1987 and actual prices.

Reliable estimates of the number of dwellings considered to be unfit or in a serious state of disrepair in each local authority district will not be available until the publication of the 1986 Welsh house condition survey.
