§ Mr. Matthew TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services' pursuant to his reply of 11 January, regarding the number of representations received by his Department regarding the overspend of health authorities and health cutbacks prior to his announcement of extra funding on 16 December 1987,Official Report, column 169, if he will provide whatever more specific information is available to him.
§ Mr. NewtonAs I said in my earlier reply, a considerable number of representations of one kind or another have been received. It would take substantial time and effort to collate and classify these, which I do not think would be a justifiable use of public resources.
