§ Mr. Peter BottomleyA scheme to improve the A13 Newham way-A 117 East Ham Manor way junction is in the national roads programme. An interim traffic management scheme there will open this spring.
Two studies are under way to identify other schemes. Consultants are expected to report very shortly on possible improvements to the A 13 between Dagenham and Limehouse to relieve congestion and cater for increased traffic arising from regeneration of docklands. Stage II of the East London assessment study covers the western end of the A13.
