§ Mr. MellorOn behalf of the Twelve, the EC Presidency representative in Aden made a demarche on humanitarian grounds to the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen authorities on behalf of the five people in detention whose death sentences were ratified. However, we now understand that those five were executed soon after that ratification.
