§ The Prime MinisterIt is not my usual practice to give information on correspondence from third parties. As the hon. Gentleman knows, however, he wrote to me on 15 February and sent a copy to Lord Donaldson. Lord Donaldson subsequently sent me a copy of his reply to the hon. Gentleman.
