§ Mr. Alfred MorrisTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the answer of 23 February, when he expects to be in a position to make a statement on the outcome of the recent discussions between the Central Manchester health authority and the regional health authority about the possible establishment of a day care cataract unit at the Manchester royal eye hospital.
§ Mrs. CurrieThis matter, along with a range of other proposals for new patient service development in the region, will be considered by the regional health authority at its meeting on 22 March.
