§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe board has submitted bids for capital expenditure of £8.6 million for 1988–89 and £10.5 million, £7.7 million, £5.5 million and £4.3 million for the four years thereafter. The board's capital allocation for 1988–89 and provisional allocations for the ensuing two years will be announced shortly.
