§ Mr. Peter WalkerYes. The cash limit for 1987–88 on class XVII, vote 5 is being reduced by £1,652,000 to £212,017,000. This reduction will offset, in part, an increase in class XII, vote 3 to facilitate the creation of a new university institution in Cardiff.
