§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 16 February 1988]: Where Ministers decide to seek orders against the media both in England and Wales and in Scotland in respect of the same material, appropriate consultation takes place to secure that the Lord Advocate, in approaching the Scottish courts, seeks interdict in terms which are compatible with any injunction sought from or granted by the English courts.
