To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he has reached his conclusions with regard to surface access to Heathrow, following his consultations on the Howard Humphreys and Partners study; and if he will make a statement.

Howard Humphreys and Partners is currently considering the proposals put forward during the consultation period, and is due to make a further report to me shortly. We shall then announce how the project is to be taken forward.
