To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects London Regional Transport to publish its draft strategic plan for future operations; and over what period it will be open for consultation.

I understand that LRT intends to issue a consultative document shortly; to allow some eight weeks for responses; and to publish a new statement of strategy before the end of June.
