§ Mr. MellorMy right honourable and learned Friend last made representations to the Soviet authorities on behalf of divided Soviet families during his visit to the Soviet Union from 14 to 17 February. Yevgeny Leim, father of Alexei, was included on a list of refuseniks which was handed to the Soviet Foreign Minister at Brize Norton in December.
