§ Mr. David MitchellAll public service vehicle annual test examinations are conducted by the Department's vehicle examiners. In 1986–87, 20,684 examinations (70 per cent.) were done at operators' premises, 47,692 (30 per cent.) at the Department's heavy goods vehicle test stations.
