§ Mr. RidleyI want to see football clubs make further progress on membership schemes, including where necessary by making appropriate structural alterations to their grounds. Representations from the Metropolitan police have largely been in respect of constraints imposed on membership schemes at individual clubs by the present configuration of their grounds.
