§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) on what basis his Department gave permission for the entry of members of the Palestine Liberation Organisation to be trained at Racal training college, Heckfield place;
(2) when applications were made by members of the Palestine Liberation Organisation to enter the United Kingdom for the purpose of training in battlefield communications by Racal Ltd.; and if he will make a statement.
