§ 60. Mr. Sackville
To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many inspectors have been recruited by the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate in the current year.

§ Mr. Nicholls
The Health and Safety Executive has recruited 19 inspectors to the nuclear installations inspectorate since 1 April 1987. A further three inspectors are expected to take up appointment in early March.
