To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many people there are on Manpower Services Commission training schemes in(a) the Northwich travel-to-work area, (b) the Chester travel-to-work area and (c) the Runcorn travel-to-work area; and what were the figures on the same date in each of the past five years.
