My right hon. Friend announced on 21 January, in reply to a question from the hon. Member for Yeovil (Mr. Ashdown), at column 1089, that the Government intend to bring forward legislation to implement the recommendations of Sir Philip Woodfield's efficiency scrutiny for the supervision of charities.
