§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWhen I met the chairman of the Post Office in January we discussed the agreement concluded between the National Federation of Sub-Postmasters and the Post Office for the introduction of part-time sub-post offices, if that is the proposal to which the hon. Member's question refers. No one is proposing to reduce the salaries of sub-post office staff.
