§ Mr. ButcherThe European Commission has recently submitted its first report to the Council on the progress made towards better integtration of consumer policy into other common policies including agriculture, competition, and transport, as requested by the Council resolution of 15 December 1986. A copy of the report is available in the Library (document 10541/87 of 14 December 1987). It is a disappointing report recording little progress.
